I placed order and it's been 3 week above and I tried to contact them but not getting response from Europa. I raised tickets and haven't got any replied back. after this things I raised to dispute with my Bank and After I got email from bank about Refund then Europa started to generate label for shipping but they haven't reply on my tickets. As a customer, I placed order but no tracking number until I disputed my transaction. I got my product now they are calling me for replying text so they can claim that they delivered the item.
